Job Responsibilities
As the Corporate Secretary Executive/Senior Executive, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage a portfolio of clients and handle a broad range of corporate secretarial matters with minimal supervision.

Perform the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Organise and administer General Meetings, Board Meetings, and Committee Meetings, including preparation of agendas, meeting papers, and drafting of minutes.

Maintain statutory books, registers, and secretarial records, and ensure timely submission of statutory filings with relevant authorities (e.g. CCM).

Provide guidance and support to junior team members, including reviewing work where required.
