• Guide the Business Applications and Process Excellence team in developing, implementing, enhancing, and maintaining robust internal business systems and applications that align with organisational needs.
• Drive comprehensive business process optimisation initiatives across various departments to elevate operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability throughout the organisation.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify valuable opportunities for automation, standardisation, and ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective system solutions that support operational objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery including requirement analysis, solution design, development coordination, testing phases, implementation activities, and post-go-live support for new or enhanced systems.
• Ensure all business applications are scalable, user-friendly, reliable, and fully aligned with governance standards as well as broader organisational strategies.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects effectively while maintaining high standards of quality execution, timely delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction at every stage.

• A minimum of 5–7 years’ hands-on experience in software development and system implementation using technologies such as Java, VBA, VB, C#, .NET or JavaScript ensures you have the technical depth needed for this multifaceted role.
• Demonstrated proficiency across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirement gathering, solution architecture design, database structuring, development activities as well as testing deployment phases is vital for success.
• Proven track record managing cross-functional projects while collaborating effectively with both technical experts and non-technical stakeholders highlights your ability to connect diverse perspectives towards shared goals.
