Deal Desk Analyst

We’re looking for a Deal Desk Analyst to be the go-to expert for structuring, reviewing, and approving complex sales deals. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure every deal is profitable, compliant, and aligned with strategy — while helping the sales team close faster and smarter.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with sales reps to structure and review deals, balancing profitability with risk.

• Guide pricing strategies, manage quotes, and streamline the quote-to-order process.

• Ensure compliance with policies, revenue recognition rules, and legal requirements.

• Collaborate across departments to analyze profitability, review terms, and support special requests.

• Continuously improve deal desk workflows and maintain playbooks and pricing guidelines.

• Track and report key metrics, providing insights to leadership on trends and opportunities.
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

• 3–5 years’ experience in sales operations, deal desk, finance, or similar roles.

• Strong understanding of SaaS, subscription, or complex B2B deal structures.

• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and CPQ tools.

• Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple deals at once.

• Excellent communication skills to work with sales teams and executives.
