The Opportunity
We are looking for a commercially driven Manager / Senior Manager, Business Development & Partnerships to lead the growth of the company’s digital lending portfolio. This role offers full ownership of P&L and the opportunity to shape and scale partnerships across multiple channels and customer segments.
This is an ideal role for someone entrepreneurial, hands-on, and excited to build and expand lending ecosystems—from direct-to-consumer channels to strategic B2B partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the P&L for the digital lending business, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability
- Develop and execute strategies to expand lending products across B2C, B2B, and strategic partnership channels
- Identify, structure, and manage partnerships with key stakeholders (e.g., platforms, corporates, distributors, fintech ecosystems)
- Drive end-to-end business development—from sourcing opportunities to deal structuring, negotiation, and execution
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, risk, operations, marketing) to optimize offerings and customer experience
- Monitor market trends, competitor landscape, and regulatory developments to inform growth strategy
- Track performance metrics and continuously refine commercial strategies to maximize impact
What We’re Looking For
- 6–12+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles within fintech, banking, or digital lending
- Strong track record in driving revenue growth and managing P&L or business lines
- Experience in digital lending, payments, or financial services ecosystems is highly preferred
- Proven ability to build and scale partnerships across B2C and B2B segments
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements, particularly within a BNM-regulated environment
- Familiarity with policies, governance frameworks, and risk considerations in financial services
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
