As part of our international expansion, we are establishing Malaysia as our Southeast Asia (SEA) hub—laying the foundation for growth across key markets including Singapore and Indonesia.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Vice President of Sales to lead our market entry and expansion across Southeast Asia. This is a foundational leadership role with significant autonomy and influence, offering the opportunity to build and scale a regional sales organization from the ground up.

The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in enterprise sales, experience in high-growth technology environments, and a deep understanding of the SEA business landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Malaysia as the regional hub, with expansion into Singapore and Indonesia
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team across Southeast Asia
  • Identify and secure strategic enterprise clients and partnerships
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market strategies
  • Drive revenue growth, pipeline development, and market penetration
  • Provide market insights to inform product development and localization strategies
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive forums

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven success in scaling sales operations in Southeast Asia, particularly in Malaysia, Singapore, and/or Indonesia
  • Experience in SaaS, AI, customer experience (CX), or related technology sectors is highly preferred
  • Strong network within enterprise and mid-market segments in the region
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel across the region as needed
