Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, negotiation, contract signing, onboarding, and launch

Build a strong pipeline of enterprise accounts across multiple sectors (BPO, logistics, tech, manufacturing, plantations, services)

Conduct sales presentations and commercial negotiations with senior stakeholders (CHRO, CFO, CEO, COO)
-
Identify decision-makers, champions, and blockers within target accounts
-
Define and refine target segments aligned with fintech and financial wellness solutions
-
Attend industry events, network, and strengthen brand presence
-
Develop strategic partnerships and new business opportunities
-
Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and regional teams to ensure smooth client experience

Maintain strong account intelligence and market awareness

Meet and exceed revenue and activation targets
Who You Are
-
5 years’ B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in fintech, HR tech, payroll, financial wellness, SaaS, or related industries
-
Proven success in closing large corporate accounts and selling to senior executives
-
Experience with government-linked companies, public agencies, or large MNCs is a plus
-
Comfortable operating independently, taking full ownership of targets while collaborating effectively
-
Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
-
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
