Planning and Change Management Specialist

We’re looking for a Planning & Change Management Specialist to join and bring new ideas to life. You’ll work with different teams to drive AI adoption, support innovation projects and events, create engaging communications, and work closely with senior stakeholders.

What you’ll get to do

• Support AI adoption and innovation initiatives across the organisation
• Develop communication materials, presentations, newsletters, campaigns and training content
• Coordinate workshops, town halls, learning sessions and executive events
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support project delivery
• Prepare presentations, reports and updates for senior leadership and executive forums
• Track project progress, follow up on action items and maintain relevant documentation
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow automation using Microsoft tools
• Support innovation launches, employee engagement activities and other strategic initiatives
• Mandarin & Cantonese proficiency required for stakeholder communication and engagement

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Communications, Marketing, HR, Information Systems or a related discipline
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented and willing to learn
• Interest in AI, innovation and digital transformation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with Canva, Figma, SharePoint, Power Automate or AI tools is an added advantage
