Business System Analyst (AS400) | 12 Months Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business & system requirements
• Facilitate requirement prioritisation and walkthroughs with stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows & JIRA requirements
• Manage requirements traceability, changes and governance throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with Business Users, Solution Architects and Digital/IT teams on end-to-end solutions
• Support UAT, change management and production issues
• Mandarin & Cantonese proficiency required for stakeholder communication and engagement

Key Requirements

• Degree in IT, Business Management or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in Business/System Analysis or related IT roles
• Strong experience in business requirements & functional specifications
• Good knowledge of insurance operations (New Business, Servicing, Claims & Finance)
• Hands-on experience with AS400, Life Asia & POLA
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile & JIRA
• Knowledge of system integration across digital, middle-office & back-end platforms
• Strong analytical, communication & stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
