Business Analyst (Enterprise Solutions) | 12 Months Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions in English, Chinese, and Cantonese.
• Conduct process, gap, and impact analysis.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and vendors to deliver solutions.
• Support Agile and waterfall project activities, including backlog refinement and release readiness.
• Coordinate UAT, defect management, and business sign-off.
• Maintain project documentation and support implementation, training, and operational handovers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
• 2-3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in IT, insurance, or financial services
• Fluent in Chinese, Cantonese, and English
• Experience in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and process mapping
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and waterfall methodologies
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Basic knowledge of APIs, system integrations, reporting, or SQL is an advantage
• Mandarin & Cantonese proficiency required for stakeholder communication and engagement
