• Engage closely with business users, product owners, developers, architects, infrastructure specialists, and external vendors to co-operate on achieving successful project outcomes.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable technology deliverables while maintaining alignment between organisational goals and technical solutions.
• Manage project scope meticulously alongside timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the process.

• Coordinate system integration efforts including user acceptance testing (UAT), release management procedures, and production deployment activities for robust implementation.

• Proven track record delivering IT projects within banking, financial services, insurance, fintech or other regulated industries highlights your understanding of sector-specific challenges.
• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban coupled with hands-on experience working alongside Agile delivery teams ensures effective collaboration.
• Experience managing cross-functional technology teams as well as multiple stakeholders showcases your inter-personal skills and ability to foster communal success.
• Technical background in software development, systems integration, infrastructure or enterprise applications is preferred for deeper insight into project complexities.
• Exposure to financial systems including core banking platforms, payments/cards systems, lending platforms, AML/compliance systems or digital banking applications adds valuable context.
