• Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and comprehensive system documentation for development teams.
• Prepare and maintain essential documents such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), process flows, and detailed project reports.
• Collaborate closely with developers and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align perfectly with business objectives and requirements.
• Support system design activities by creating workflow diagrams, wireframes, and UI/UX mock-ups that facilitate effective communication between stakeholders.
• Coordinate testing activities including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployment to guarantee smooth transitions.
• Develop test scenarios, test cases, training materials, and user documentation to assist end users during system rollout and post-implementation phases.
• Investigate system issues by performing root cause analysis and coordinating with developers for timely issue resolution.
• Track project activities, change requests, and delivery progress using project management tools to ensure projects remain on schedule.
