• Support architecture reviews as well as technical assessments and design decision-making processes to maintain quality standards from inception through completion.
• Work closely with vendors alongside internal technology teams to ensure quality delivery outcomes while adhering strictly to agreed timelines and contractual obligations.

• 8–15 years of proven experience in technology delivery roles such as IT project management or technical programme management within financial services environments.
• Demonstrated expertise managing complex enterprise system implementations including integrations and large-scale technology transformation projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of system architecture concepts encompassing application design principles, integration frameworks (APIs/middleware), databases management techniques, and enterprise platform operations.
• Experience working collaboratively with solution architects as well as developers; familiarity with infrastructure teams’ workflows; adeptness at engaging technical vendors for project success.
• In-depth knowledge of banking or financial services technology environments covering enterprise applications like risk platforms; payments systems; lending solutions; card processing; digital banking technologies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills enabling effective engagement across both technical groups (engineering/infrastructure) and business units (operations/strategy).
• Practical experience applying Agile delivery methodologies within project settings; PMP or PRINCE2 certification would be advantageous though not mandatory.
• Preferred background includes candidates from banking technology teams or financial institutions; consulting firms specialising in financial services; or technology solution providers serving regulated industries.
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation initiatives such as platform modernisation efforts; system integration projects; or regulatory-driven technology upgrades is highly valued.
