  • Collaborate extensively with internal stakeholders as well as external clients such as banks, brokers, and fintech companies to gather comprehensive business and system requirements for complex projects.
  • Translate intricate business needs into clear functional specifications, detailed user stories, and well-defined process flows that guide development teams effectively.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Product, Technology, and Integration teams to facilitate seamless API-based trading and brokerage platform implementations tailored for institutional clients.
  • Support end-to-end project delivery by validating requirements, coordinating System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and providing robust go-live support to ensure successful launches.
  • Analyse and meticulously document front-to-back trade lifecycle processes including order management, execution, settlement, and custody operations for various asset classes.
  • Facilitate workshops and lead stakeholder discussions across regional and global teams to drive consensus on solution design and implementation strategies.
  • Ensure all proposed solutions are fully aligned with regulatory standards, compliance mandates, and operational requirements specific to capital markets environments.
  • Assist in data mapping exercises, oversee system integration efforts, and optimise workflows across multiple interconnected platforms for enhanced efficiency.
  • Engage regularly with both business users and technical experts to bridge gaps between requirements gathering and solution delivery.
  • Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements that support scalable growth.

  • Demonstrated experience working on system integration projects or within API-driven environments is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with the complete trade lifecycle from order capture through execution, clearing, settlement, and custody processes is important.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with stakeholders across both business functions and technical teams ensures effective communication throughout project delivery.
  • Experience operating within Agile or Scrum frameworks is preferred as it supports collaborative project execution.
  • Exceptional documentation skills including the creation of Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process maps are necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills are needed for engaging regional stakeholders from diverse backgrounds effectively.
