Infrastructure & WMS Specialist

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects across SEA regions.
• Coordinate project planning, execution, scheduling, and risk management.
• Gather business requirements and align with HQ technical teams.
• Provide first-line troubleshooting for infrastructure and smart warehouse systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, connectivity, and system issues onsite.
• Support incident response and minimize operational downtime.
• Manage vendors, ISPs, contractors, and infrastructure implementations.
• Maintain IT assets, server rooms, and infrastructure inspections.
• Create and improve SOPs and troubleshooting documentation.
• Prepare maintenance logs, RCA reports, and project acceptance reports.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, project management, or technical support.
• Experience managing cross-border or multi-site projects.
• Knowledge of PMP, Agile, or ITIL methodologies/certifications.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Power BI.
• Strong skills in schedule control, governance, and risk management.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure operations and procurement processes.
• Excellent documentation and reporting capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with adaptability under pressure.
• Mandarin language proficiency (spoken and written).
