Workday Reporting & Analytics
An exciting opportunity for a Reporting & Analytics Specialist with expertise in Workday to design and deliver advanced reporting solutions that drive data-driven decision-making across HR and business functions. This role is ideal for candidates with strong technical skills in Workday reporting and dashboards, coupled with stakeholder engagement experience.

What you'll do:
- Workday Reporting & Analytics: Design, develop, and maintain advanced Workday reports (simple, matrix, composite, trending) and dashboards tailored to HR and business leaders. Build calculated fields to meet custom reporting needs.
- System Support & Configuration Collaboration: Test and validate reporting changes during Workday releases; support security configurations related to report access and permissions. Collaborate with configuration teams to align reporting logic with business processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory: Partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll Vendors, IT, and other departments to gather requirements and deliver impactful reporting solutions. Provide training on interpreting reports and troubleshoot issues.
- AMS Engagement & Support: Work closely with the Workday AMS provider to resolve reporting issues, implement enhancements, and adopt best practices during system upgrades.
- User Training & Documentation: Conduct end-user training sessions, prepare user guides, FAQs, and quick reference materials to promote self-service reporting adoption. Document troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.
- Workday Release Management & Testing: Participate in biannual Workday release cycles by testing new features and validating existing reports post-release. Recommend adoption of new functionalities introduced in updates.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Workday Reporting. Proven ability to develop dashboards and reports within Workday.
- Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM modules and end-to-end business processes. Advanced capabilities in custom reports, calculated fields creation/optimization/troubleshooting, and data analysis.
- Effective stakeholder management, communication skills, and project management experience.
- Experience delivering projects or reporting solutions across multiple countries beyond Malaysia is highly desirable.
- Experience designing executive-level dashboards for C-suite or senior management decision-making is a strong advantage.
