Senior SAP Support Specialist (SD/MM)

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial & Logistics Operations

Be the go-to expert for resolving complex issues across commercial, billing, logistics, and inventory processes. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of business operations while supporting critical SAP SD/MM workflows.

Enterprise SAP Support

Own high-priority incidents, troubleshoot cross-module integrations, and support processes spanning sales, materials management, billing, stock movement, and business-critical system interactions.

Continuous Improvement

Go beyond firefighting. Lead root cause analysis, contribute to system enhancements, support upgrades and testing activities, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and system stability.

✅ What You'll Bring

Technical Expertise

Strong hands-on experience supporting SAP S/4HANA SD/MM environments
Deep understanding of order-to-cash, logistics, billing, and inventory processes
Experience troubleshooting sales orders, pricing, billing plans, invoices, stock discrepancies, and SAP Fiori-related issues
Knowledge of SD/MM integrations and SAP authorisation concepts
Familiarity with ITIL practices and ITSM platforms

Professional Strengths

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to manage complex incidents in a fast-paced environment
Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Passion for mentoring team members and sharing knowledge

Bonus Experience

Exposure to SAP BRIM, Resource Related Billing (RRB/DIP), BRF+, SAP BTP integrations, RAP applications, CDS Views, or Embedded Analytics will be an advantage.
