HRIT Consultant (SAP Success Factor)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support global HR applications and integrations within the HR technology landscape, with a primary focus on SAP solutions.
• Lead technical development activities related to HR Master Data and Integration, ensuring scalable, reliable, and sustainable solutions.
• Develop and support interfaces between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, S/4HANA HR, and other enterprise applications.
• Partner with HR stakeholders, business process owners, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration between cloud and on-premise HR systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the global HR systems environment.
• Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, and support for HR applications and integrations.
• Contribute to global projects and collaborate with international teams across multiple regions.
• Lead small workgroups or project streams where required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information & Communication Technology, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of IT or industry experience, with at least 5 years of relevant SAP project experience.
• Strong SAP ABAP development experience, including custom developments, enhancements, interfaces, and integrations.
• Experience with SAP HCM, Personnel Master Data (PMD), SuccessFactors, and HR-related SAP solutions is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA HR Development, RAP, CDS Views, AMDP, SAP Fiori, SAPUI5/OData, Business Objects, SQL, and SAP HANA is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Employee Central integrations, including BIB, UI Mashups, Data Replication, and SSO setup/support.
• Experience working in global or multinational environments and collaborating with stakeholders across different regions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead small teams or project workstreams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
