SAP Manager (Finance)

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the evolution of SAP Finance solutions, ensuring technology capabilities align with business priorities and finance transformation goals.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate solution options, perform impact assessments, and translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of system enhancements and projects, including solution design, testing, deployment, transition, and post-go-live support.
• Oversee governance, risk, compliance, and automated controls, ensuring solutions meet audit, regulatory, and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to review delivery estimates, maintain service quality, and drive continuous improvement across finance processes and technology operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Finance, with a strong understanding of Financial Accounting processes.
• Hands-on involvement in multiple end-to-end SAP implementations or transformation projects, covering requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and support.
• Knowledge of finance processes such as General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Financial Close, Intercompany Transactions, and Finance Governance.
• Experience integrating Finance with other SAP modules, including Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing functions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a global environment.
• Exposure to Agile, ITIL, DevOps, SOX, or Continuous Improvement methodologies will be an added advantage.
