Finance System Analyst (SAP FICO, Concur, Coupa)

Passionate about improving finance processes through technology? We're partnering with a leading global retail organisation to hire a Finance System Analyst to join their growing IT Finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with global stakeholders, drive system enhancements, and support finance transformation initiatives within an international business environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding business challenges, improving processes, and delivering technology solutions that create real business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with finance and business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Analyse business challenges and drive Business Process Re engineering initiatives.
• Lead and support system enhancement activities, including solution design, testing, deployment, documentation, release management, and data migration.
• Provide application support, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Support key finance processes such as month-end closing and payment operations.
• Facilitate user training, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in project implementation activities across design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support phases.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance systems, ERP, business applications, or a related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Computing, Management, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of finance-related systems and business processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Either SAP FICO, Ariba, Coupa, or Concur knowledge is required.
• Exposure to automation technologies such as RPA.
