Enterprise Applications Manager (Oil & Gas Industry)

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Manager to take ownership of our enterprise application landscape and serve as the vital link between business needs and technology solutions across regional operations, including Indonesia and China.
As an Enterprise Application Manager, you will be entrusted with ensuring that our applications not only run effectively but continue to evolve alongside the business. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to drive meaningful improvements, solve business challenges, and deliver value through technology.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- You will lead the organization's application ecosystem, overseeing both SAP and non-SAP platforms that support critical business operations. Your responsibilities will include managing SAP applications with a focus on FICO, alongside exposure to MM, SD, and related modules, while also supporting key business platforms such as Workday, SharePoint, workflow solutions, and dashboard/reporting applications.
- As the central point of contact between end users, vendors, and project managers, you will help translate business requirements into practical solutions, prioritize enhancement requests, manage user access and governance, and drive continuous improvement across the application landscape.
- You will also work closely with regional teams to ensure applications remain aligned with operational and business objectives.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in enterprise applications, ERP, or IT systems management.
- Basic understanding of SAP, particularly FICO, with exposure to modules such as MM and SD.
- Experience supporting non-SAP applications including Workday, SharePoint, workflow, or reporting platforms.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and competing priorities in a regional environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- A hands-on, independent mindset with the confidence to operate as a senior individual contributor.
- Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and expand knowledge across different applications and technologies.
- Experience supporting regional operations and cross-country stakeholders.
- Oil & Gas industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel regionally 2–3 times per year.
