ServiceNow Architect

A leading organization is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to provide strategic leadership in designing and governing the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on aligning ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB modules with enterprise needs while delivering scalable and resilient digital service management solutions. The architect will play a critical role in driving platform strategy, development standards, and integrations to support the organization's 5-year roadmap.

What you'll do:

• Define the ServiceNow architecture and roadmap to ensure scalability and alignment with business needs.
• Govern ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Observability modules for consistency and integration across the platform.
• Configure workflows, automation scripts, dashboards, and customize modules based on business requirements.
• Lead complex transformations and integrations involving APIs, MID Servers, external tools (Dynatrace, Splunk), ensuring seamless functionality.
• Design end-to-end enterprise solutions that integrate multiple modules while maintaining compliance and performance standards.
• Manage platform governance including upgrade planning, risk mitigation, and adherence to development standards.
• Act as a mentor for developers and operations teams by transferring knowledge and building capabilities within the organization.

What you bring:

• 6–10+ years of hands-on experience leading ServiceNow architecture initiatives in large-scale environments.
• Proven ability to design scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM (Incident/Change/Problem/Request), ITOM (Discovery/Service Mapping/Event Management), ITAM (SAM/HAM), and CMDB modules.
• Expertise in workflow automation design using scripting languages like JavaScript and Glide API for complex processes.
• Strong understanding of integration strategies with external monitoring/business systems such as Dynatrace or SolarWinds.
• Skilled in platform governance practices to ensure stability, compliance, and performance optimization.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mandatory certifications: ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CIS (ITSM/ITOM/ITAM)/CTA; additional certifications are advantageous.
