A Global Shared Services is seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Design Lead to drive the design and implementation of innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform that align with their digital transformation goals. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in ServiceNow modules and a proven track record of delivering scalable, cost-efficient solutions while fostering collaboration across stakeholders.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the design and architecture of scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with the shared service’s global IT operations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Oversee project implementation of vendors to ensure timely delivery within budget while maintaining quality standards.
  • Manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements while staying updated on industry trends.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain documentation, generate progress reports, and manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Build strong relationships across business units, clients, vendors, and partners to deliver customer-centric solutions.

What you bring:

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience working with ServiceNow tools and platforms.
  • 5+ years of experience in solution design and implementation within a digital transformation context.
  • In-depth knowledge of key ServiceNow modules such as SPM/PPM, ITSM, custom apps, AMDB, CMDB, ITOM, license management, performance analytics, and reporting.
  • Strong programming skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS for technical review purposes.
  • Proven ability to design complex solutions that meet strategic objectives while managing risks and dependencies effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills combined with familiarity in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
