SAP Specialist (WM)

About the Role

As a SAP Logistics Specialist, you’ll be part of a functional team, working alongside other functional consultants. Your focus will be on hands-on implementation and configuration within WM while contributing to transformation projects and global workflow designs.

This role offers flexible working hours and flexible working arrangement, providing a balance between remote work and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on implementation, configuration, and change requests (CR) for SAP WM modules.
• Govern system designs, advise vendors on execution strategies, and provide technical guidance to end users.
• Collaborate with the Global Process IT team to design workflows that align with global standards.
• Drive yearly transformation projects and innovations within the logistics domain.
• Support daily operations by troubleshooting issues, managing stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of processes.
• Work within an ECC environment while preparing for future migration to S/4HANA.
• Contribute to DevSecOps practices as part of the evolving platform strategy.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who bring both technical expertise and the ability to manage stakeholders independently:

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of SAP LE and WM modules; familiarity with MM is a plus.
• Proven experience conducting full lifecycle implementations with 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• Solid foundation in SAP ECC; exposure to S/4HANA or DevSecOps practices is an added advantage.
• Ability to manage vendors effectively while governing system designs and advising on execution strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to guide end users on technical matters.
