MIS Executive

About the Role

As an MIS Executive, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth daily operations of servers and databases. You will also be responsible for administering and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, as well as ustilizing reporting solutions using Excel. Your contributions will help ensure that our systems remain efficient, reliable, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of servers and databases to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Administer and provide support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, addressing user queries and system issues promptly.
• Maintain a robust, standardized, and dependable IT infrastructure to support business operations.
• Maintain Excel-based tools for automated reporting and data processing to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements through technology.
• Ensure timely responses to MIS-related requests, adhering to agreed service levels

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of server operations, database management, and IT infrastructure maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions for automation and data analysis.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues effectively and provide timely resolutions.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
