• Lead and support digital transformation initiatives across various business units by identifying opportunities for automation and recommending technology-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyse end-to-end business processes to optimise workflows, standardise procedures, and drive continuous improvement throughout the organisation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and operational challenges, gathering and documenting comprehensive business and functional requirements for new projects.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and process workflows that guide technical teams in developing effective solutions.
• Manage full project lifecycles for digital transformation and system implementation initiatives, coordinating plans, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
• Engage stakeholders across departments to foster communication and manage expectations during project delivery, implementation, and post-go-live support phases.
• Act as the functional owner for enterprise business applications by supporting configuration changes, enhancements, and ongoing system improvements in alignment with evolving organisational needs.
• Coordinate issue resolution and enhancement requests with internal teams as well as external vendors to maintain high service quality and system reliability.
• Develop test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), collaborating with business users to validate system functionality against requirements.
• Provide functional user support for enterprise applications by conducting training sessions, developing user guides and SOPs, facilitating system adoption, and supporting change management initiatives.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, Enterprise Applications or IT Project Management roles where you have delivered end-to-end transformation or system implementation projects across the full lifecycle.
• Proven ability to gather detailed business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into practical functional specifications that guide technical development teams.
• Strong background in mapping business processes for optimisation purposes coupled with hands-on experience managing multiple concurrent projects in dynamic environments.
• Demonstrated skills in stakeholder engagement—working effectively with internal teams as well as external vendors throughout project delivery phases including enhancements and application support.
• Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test scenarios, coordinating activities with users, validating system functionality against requirements, and supporting defect management.
• Hands-on familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle), CRM platforms (like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics), or other enterprise business applications used within large organisations.
• Technical understanding of enterprise business processes combined with knowledge of application integrations (APIs), system architecture concepts, reporting tools (dashboards/Business Intelligence), or exposure to emerging technologies like AI is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering or Business Administration—or equivalent qualification relevant to digital transformation disciplines.
• Interest or prior experience overseeing enterprise application environments or supporting AI-enabled solutions is considered advantageous.
