  • Oversee the execution of high-impact business optimisation projects by coordinating efforts between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Lead transformation and change management programmes that foster an inclusive culture of innovation while supporting employees through transitions.
  • Track progress of all ongoing initiatives, proactively identifying issues or risks, implementing corrective actions as needed, and providing regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Develop robust frameworks for monitoring key performance indicators related to efficiency gains, digital maturity, data quality, and AI integration across the organisation.
