IT Project Manager (ERP/Transformation)

We’re looking for a Manager, IT Project Management to oversee end-to-end IT projects — from initiation to closure — ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget while aligning with business objectives.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full IT project lifecycle (planning, execution, go-live, closure).

• Drive cybersecurity, ERP, digital platforms, and system integration projects.

• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and governance compliance.

• Oversee PMO standards, portfolio management, and executive reporting.

• Engage stakeholders, document requirements, and recommend process improvements.

• Manage budgets, resources, vendors, and procurement activities.

• Mentor and develop cross-functional teams across geographies.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

• 5+ years of IT project/program management experience.

• Proven track record in large, complex, cross-functional projects.

• Strong expertise in business analysis, PMO governance, and stakeholder management.

• Experience in ERP, supply chain, finance systems, and digital platforms.

• Certifications such as PMP, CAPM preferred.

• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
