- Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, and achievements to executive leadership and governance forums to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), delivery milestones, and value realisation metrics to ensure all initiatives deliver tangible business benefits.

- At least 15 years’ experience in digital delivery or technology leadership roles with proven success managing large-scale transformation programmes within complex organisations.

- Extensive experience engaging with senior leadership teams as well as executive-level stakeholders to align on priorities and communicate progress effectively.
