Product Manager

In this role, you’ll define and deliver a product roadmap that aligns digital capabilities with business goals and vendor needs, ensuring our e‑commerce solutions remain competitive and customer‑centric.

You’ll collaborate with vendors, procurement, supply chain, IT, and leadership teams to gather insights, prioritize features, and act as the voice of the customer. Partnering with engineering, design, and QA, you’ll bring high‑quality features to life, crafting clear product requirements and user stories while ensuring the app and website are intuitive, engaging, and optimized for diverse user personas.

Performance will be at the core of your work — you’ll track KPIs, analyze data to uncover trends, and identify opportunities to enhance products, platforms, and UI/UX. Compliance and security will also be key, as you work with security teams to safeguard customer data and meet industry standards. At the same time, you’ll stay ahead of emerging technologies and e‑commerce trends, driving innovation and continuous improvement to strengthen vendor engagement and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree is a plus).

• Experience: 3+ years in product management, ideally with customer-facing or E-Commerce platforms. Proven success in managing complex, cross-functional projects.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of web platforms, APIs, and integrations. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Additional Requirement: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Jira.
