Identity & Directory Services Manager

What You'll Do:

• Manage day-to-day delivery of directory and authentication security services, ensuring availability, scalability, resilience, and compliance.
• Oversee services such as identity and access management, privileged access management, Windows Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Execute IT Service Management processes to maintain high-quality service delivery and automate processes where feasible.
• Monitor service health, report on KPIs/SLAs, and resolve issues proactively to minimize business impact.
• Lead incident resolution, including major incidents, and ensure effective handling of service requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., CISO, architecture teams) and external vendors to align services with business needs and compliance requirements.
• Implement service roadmaps and continuous improvements while staying updated on emerging technologies and trends.

What You'll Bring:

• University degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8–10 years in IT Service Delivery with expertise in managing identity, authentication, and directory services in global organizations. Experience in IT/OT environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL v4, COBIT, NIST CSF; expertise in Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, PKI/RADIUS management, and privileged access management tools. Familiarity with DevOps principles is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational skills; ability to work independently or collaboratively within a global matrix team.
• ITIL v4 certification; Microsoft certifications for Identity/Access/Security Operations preferred.
