Platform Security Manager

What You'll Do:

• Implement and operate security controls for on-premises and cloud infrastructure platforms in alignment with defined policies and standards.
• Perform system hardening, configuration checks, and vulnerability remediation tasks following established procedures.
• Administer identity and access management controls, including role assignments and privileged access.
• Support security monitoring by reviewing alerts, logs, and findings, escalating issues as needed.
• Assist in security incident response activities by gathering information, supporting analysis, and executing corrective actions.
• Conduct security assessments, compliance checks, and audits for infrastructure and cloud services.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud engineers to embed security requirements into operational tasks and changes.
• Maintain security-related documentation, checklists, and operational runbooks for infrastructure and cloud platforms.
• Continuously develop expertise in platform security through training, hands-on experience, and mentorship from senior colleagues.

What You'll Bring:

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in IT Service Delivery within global organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows systems (certified), Azure Cloud architecture (certified), virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V), and hybrid/cloud/on-premises environments. Familiarity with OT technologies is a plus.
• Effective communication, presentation, organizational skills; ability to work independently or collaboratively within a global matrix team. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities preferred.
• Relevant certifications in Windows systems and Azure Cloud are required; additional cybersecurity certifications are advantageous.
• Fluent in business English; structured approach to tasks with attention to detail.
