Workplace Security Services Manager

What You'll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day service delivery for collaboration and workplace security services, ensuring availability, performance, scalability, and security.
• Manage services such as device management, office apps, email/messaging systems, virtual desktops, and end-user software.
• Execute IT Service Management processes to maintain high-quality service delivery and automate processes where feasible.
• Monitor service health, report on KPIs/SLAs, and resolve issues proactively to minimize business impact.
• Lead incident resolution, including major incidents, and ensure effective handling of service requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., CISO, architecture teams) and external vendors to align services with business needs and compliance requirements.
• Implement service roadmaps and continuous improvements while staying updated on emerging technologies and trends.
• Perform budget control and ensure accurate allocation reporting for cost centers.

What You'll Bring:

• University degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8–10 years in IT Service Delivery with proven expertise in managing security-critical services in global organizations. Experience in collaboration/workplace services and IT/OT environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL v4, COBIT, NIST CSF; expertise in Microsoft 365 tools (Intune, Exchange Online), endpoint management, virtual desktops, and collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, organizational skills; ability to work independently or within a global matrix team.
• ITIL v4 certification; Microsoft 365 Administrator/Security certifications preferred.
• Fluent in business English; willingness to travel as needed.
