Solution Expert - WAAP/WAF

What you'll do:

• Manage and support DDoS and WAAP security solutions to protect inbound access and application environments
• Drive product evolution, migration activities, and onboarding initiatives across global entities
• Collaborate with cloud and architecture teams across Azure and AWS environments
• Review, validate, and improve security solutions, WAF policies, and DDoS L7 protections
• Analyze logs, investigate security incidents, and coordinate with vendors on service requests and issue resolution
• Prepare technical deliverables including high/low-level design documents, onboarding documentation, and security recommendations
• Develop KPI tracking and security dashboards to monitor operational and security performance
• Work closely with Cyber Defense teams on security-related requests, incidents, and continuous improvements.

What you'll bring:

• Strong hands-on experience with DDoS, WAAP, and WAF security solutions
• Good understanding of cloud security environments across Azure and AWS
• Experience managing web application protection solutions across on-premise and cloud environments
• Familiarity with Akamai solutions or similar cybersecurity platforms
• Knowledge in security policy management, incident handling, and migration projects
• Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing logs, identifying threats, and producing security insights
• Ability to work collaboratively with global stakeholders, vendors, Cyber Defense, and Architecture teams
• Good documentation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
