Cybersecurity Solution Architect

What you'll do:
- Define, review, and validate cybersecurity requirements across IT initiatives and projects
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders including network engineers, developers, and system administrators to implement effective security controls
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and fit-for-purpose solutions
- Perform security assessments on IT services and coordinate remediation efforts to address identified security gaps
- Support continuous improvement of cybersecurity controls, governance, and architectural standards across on-premise and cloud environments
- Contribute to security solution design following security-by-design and shift-left principles
What you bring:
- Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise cybersecurity solutions
- Strong understanding of modern cybersecurity principles, frameworks, technologies, and protocols
- Knowledge in Identity & Access Management, including Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM, and Active Directory
- Familiarity with cloud security technologies across Azure, GCP, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud
- Exposure to SaaS security, endpoint security, network security, application security, and DevOps security practices
- Understanding of Zero Trust architecture and enterprise security best practices
- Good understanding of technical architecture and the ability to define security requirements for IT projects and implementations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical security concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated, hands-on, and adaptable in fast-paced and evolving environments
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications would be an added advantage
