IT Audit Manager (ITAC, SAP)

We are seeking an experienced IT Audit Manager to join a dynamic, international audit team. This role is pivotal in strengthening governance, risk management, and internal controls across diverse business processes and IT environments. You will lead and execute audits, provide insights into system risks, and recommend improvements that enhance operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate IT audit assignments across regional and global operations.

• Assess IT environments, new technologies, and ERP implementations with a focus on SAP systems.

• Evaluate business process controls across finance, sales, procurement, manufacturing, and operations.

• Review IT application controls (ITAC), access rights, and configuration settings within SAP.

• Utilize data analytics to identify risks, test controls, and generate actionable insights.

• Prepare audit reports, present findings to stakeholders, and support management in implementing corrective actions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the audit function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or related fields.

• Minimum 4 years of IT audit experience, ideally within a multinational or manufacturing environment.

• Strong expertise in IT Application Controls (ITAC) and SAP systems.

• Solid understanding of business process controls and their linkage across ERP modules (finance, sales, operations).

• Familiarity with risk-based auditing and international audit standards.

• Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel regionally (APAC) up to 40%.

• Professional certification (CIA or equivalent) is an advantage.
