We’re hiring a Regional Manager, IT GRC to help strengthen cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance across the region within a leading multinational FMCG environment.

This role goes beyond policies and compliance checklists.

It’s an opportunity to help shape how cybersecurity is embedded across the organisation — partnering closely with business leaders, technology teams, product owners, and global cybersecurity stakeholders to protect critical systems, sensitive data, and operational capabilities.

Some days, you’ll be advising stakeholders on cyber risks tied to transformation initiatives or new technologies.

Other days, you’ll be:

• leading cybersecurity risk assessments,
• supporting compliance and data protection programmes,
• evaluating policy exceptions,
• driving awareness initiatives,
• coordinating incident response activities,
• or helping teams balance operational agility with cybersecurity requirements.

You’ll become a trusted regional advisor — someone who can translate cyber risk into practical business decisions and influence stakeholders across multiple functions and markets.

We’re looking for someone who understands that effective cybersecurity isn’t built through fear or rigid governance alone.

It’s built through collaboration, influence, and the ability to make security practical for the business.

What You’ll Be Driving

You will:

• Lead regional cybersecurity governance and policy implementation
• Partner with business, IT, data, and product stakeholders across the region
• Conduct cyber risk assessments for critical projects and systems
• Support compliance and data protection initiatives
• Drive cybersecurity awareness and capability uplift programmes
• Coordinate regional incident response and crisis management support
• Work closely with global cybersecurity and CISO teams
• Strengthen cyber resilience across regional operations
