Cloud Operations Team Lead

An exciting opportunity for a Cloud Operations Team Lead to join a dynamic environment where you will oversee cloud account operations, drive operational excellence, and ensure seamless coordination between customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Skills: Cloud operations experience (AWS, GCP, Azure, or other major cloud environments), Leadership and team coordination skills, Operational expertise in billing, invoicing, account management, and vendor/customer coordination

What you'll do:

• Manage cloud client accounts (setup, activation, suspension, quota configuration).
• Review operational and service-related contracts.
• Oversee billing processes, invoice generation, prepaid account monitoring, and balance adjustments.
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and vendors to resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Respond promptly to customer operational concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure daily operational activities are completed accurately and on schedule.

What you bring:

• 2–3 years of experience in cloud operations or related roles.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
• Familiarity with cloud account operations, billing processes, vendor/customer coordination.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to support regional stakeholders (Mainland of China) effectively.
