DevOps Lead (Pioneer Team)

An exciting opportunity for a seasoned DevOps Lead to join a dynamic team and take ownership of expanding and supporting cloud infrastructure, automation frameworks, and migration projects. This role requires a strong blend of development and operational expertise to deliver secure and scalable solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Skills: AWS cloud technologies, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, Python scripting, Unix shell scripting, database management (Document-Oriented Databases preferred), monitoring tools (Grafana, PagerDuty, Splunk), Linux and networking knowledge, problem-solving, communication skills.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with software development teams to enhance application reliability, performance, security, and scalability.
• Provide BAU production support by resolving issues identified through monitoring or reported by users before they impact business operations.
• Develop scripts using Terraform, Python, and Unix shell scripting to automate tasks and streamline processes.
• Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform following best practices.
• Perform database queries and management tasks; experience with Document-Oriented Databases is an advantage.
• Configure and maintain monitoring solutions like Grafana, PagerDuty, and Splunk to ensure system health and incident response readiness.
• Participate in weekend production releases/deployments as needed and collaborate with global teams during early mornings or late afternoons.

What you bring:

• 10+ years of DevOps or relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven expertise in AWS cloud technologies, GitHub, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting languages such as Python and Unix shell scripting.
• Familiarity with database management (Document-Oriented Databases preferred) and monitoring/logging tools like PagerDuty/Splunk.
• Strong Linux and networking knowledge including routing, DNS, load balancing, IAM configurations, and security groups on AWS.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities independently or collaboratively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging technical and business audiences effectively.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
