Operations Specialist

As an Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations by supporting customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer and partner accounts throughout their lifecycle (activation, changes, suspension, closure)
• Supporting billing processes, including invoice coordination, payment follow‑ups, and resolving billing‑related queries
• Acting as a go‑to contact for operational and non‑technical support matters after sales are completed
• Coordinating with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, and Technical Support to ensure timely resolution of requests
• Tracking usage, credits, incentives, and rebates to ensure accurate application of policies
• Maintaining clear records, reports, and documentation to support operational efficiency
• Assisting with basic data checks and reporting using Excel or similar tools
