What you'll do:

  • Design and implement customised file configurations tailored to meet specific client requirements, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all deliverables.
  • Provide comprehensive technical troubleshooting and support for API integrations, addressing issues promptly to maintain seamless data flows.
  • Act as a trusted technical consultant by enabling smooth API integration and efficient data delivery into modern data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake, Google BigQuery, and Databricks.
  • Lead and support client migration initiatives from legacy systems to advanced Data Delivery platforms, facilitating smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
  • Drive process optimisation and automation projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency across the team’s workflows.
  • Manage monthly KPI reporting by analysing operational metrics and generating actionable insights that contribute to ongoing performance improvements.
  • Identify application issues proactively and collaborate closely with Product and Development teams to implement effective enhancements.
  • Engage regularly with senior clients and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, satisfaction with outcomes, and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including prioritisation sessions, planning meetings, and coordination activities to keep the team focused and productive.

What you bring:

To excel as a Data Integration Engineer in this organisation’s collaborative environment, your background should include proven experience in API integration using multiple programming languages alongside familiarity with modern data warehouse technologies.   • Excellent communication skills empower you to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members alike.
  • Experience with operational tooling, automation initiatives or workflow optimisation demonstrates your commitment to improving processes (preferred).
  • A strong understanding of enterprise software systems or application development further enhances your ability to contribute meaningfully (preferred).
  • Exposure to tools like Azure DevOps, Splunk, Salesforce, Microsoft Excel or Power BI adds valuable versatility (preferred).
