  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or a related discipline is required for this position.
  • Minimum 3–8 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics or related fields within large enterprise environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Python or R programming languages as well as SQL for data manipulation and analysis tasks.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch is essential for building robust models.
  • Demonstrated ability in predictive modelling techniques including classification, clustering, forecasting or recommendation engines; experience with NLP projects is highly valued.
  • Comprehensive understanding of statistical analysis methods and advanced data mining techniques relevant to financial services applications.
  • Proven track record working with large-scale datasets; familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms like AWS, Azure or GCP is advantageous.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills coupled with clear communication abilities for presenting complex findings effectively.
  • Experience within banking, financial services, insurance, fintech or telecommunications sectors would be beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of MLOps practices for deploying machine learning models efficiently is considered an added advantage.
