• A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in software engineering roles with direct exposure to artificial intelligence or machine learning projects.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience working with machine learning models—whether through training algorithms, deploying them into production environments or integrating them into larger systems.
• Experience building APIs or working within service-based architectures that enable modularity and scalability across complex applications.
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure which allows you to leverage cloud-native tools for deployment and scaling purposes.
• A solid understanding of system design principles including scalability considerations and performance optimisation techniques relevant to large-scale distributed systems.
• Practical experience working with databases—both SQL (such as PostgreSQL or MySQL) and NoSQL (such as MongoDB or Cassandra)—to manage structured and unstructured data efficiently.
• Exposure to modern AI technologies like large language models (LLMs) or popular ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is highly desirable for keeping pace with industry advancements.
• Experience using containers (Docker) alongside orchestration tools (Kubernetes) is advantageous for streamlining deployment processes across different environments.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices—including CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows—and tools that facilitate reproducibility, monitoring, and automation throughout the model lifecycle.
