What You’ll Do

Warehouse Operations & Logistics Management

• Lead end-to-end warehousing, distribution, transportation, and fulfillment operations to support business growth and customer service objectives.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), warehouse operators, and transportation partners to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.
• Establish performance metrics, monitor service delivery, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and warehouse operations.
• Optimize network capacity, inventory flow, storage utilization, and distribution processes to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and delivery performance.

Supply Chain Planning & Operational Excellence

• Oversee demand planning, capacity management, and resource allocation to support seasonal fluctuations, promotional activities, and business expansion plans.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance service levels, inventory accuracy, and overall supply chain effectiveness.
• Leverage data analytics and reporting tools to support decision-making and operational improvements.

Commercial Partnership & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a key business partner to Commercial, Merchandising, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams.
• Align supply chain strategies with business objectives to support sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead negotiations and performance reviews with logistics partners to ensure contractual obligations and service expectations are consistently achieved.

Compliance, Governance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with trade regulations, customs requirements, operational policies, and industry standards.
• Develop risk management and business continuity plans to minimize disruptions and ensure supply chain resilience.
• Drive governance frameworks and operational controls across warehousing and logistics activities.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and develop warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Build a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement, accountability, and employee development.
• Support succession planning initiatives to strengthen organizational effectiveness across the region.

What You’ll Bring

Experience & Background

• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain leadership roles managing warehousing, logistics, distribution networks, or supply chain operations.
• Proven track record in Retail, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), Consumer Products, E-Commerce or Distribution environments.
• Experience managing regional or multi-country supply chain operations within Southeast Asia is highly preferred.

Functional Expertise

• Strong expertise in warehouse operations management, transportation networks optimization, distribution processes improvement, and 3PL (third-party logistics) partnerships.
• Demonstrated experience in vendor management including contract negotiations and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Proficiency in inventory management practices as well as capacity planning methodologies.
• Familiarity with advanced supply chain systems such as ERP platforms along with analytics tools for performance tracking.

Leadership Competencies

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance operational requirements against strategic business goals effectively.
• Hands-on leadership style capable of inspiring diverse teams toward achieving shared objectives.
• Proven ability influencing stakeholders at all levels internally/externally ensuring alignment between functional priorities.
