What you'll do:

As a Business Analyst (Supply Chain Management) based in Batu Kawan, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of materials planning and purchasing operations. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with various internal teams to deliver actionable insights through advanced reporting tools. By guiding your team of analysts, you will ensure that all members are equipped with the skills needed to support both local ramp-up activities and broader global initiatives.   • Collaborate closely with Applications teams to ensure timely delivery of new tools and reports, effectively prioritising projects and managing resources under tight deadlines.
  • Work in partnership with Core Systems groups such as SAP S4HANA and Rapid Response to identify system enhancements that streamline planning and data flow processes.
  • Support global efforts aimed at optimising inventory levels, reducing costs, and enhancing planning and purchasing systems through robust data management practices.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to a team of Business Process Analysts, fostering their professional growth and ensuring consistent use of best-in-class tools.
  • Develop comprehensive training curricula that empower planning and purchasing teams to fully leverage available reporting tools for maximum impact.
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration by engaging stakeholders across different time zones, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Monitor industry trends—particularly within Med Tech—to inform continuous improvement strategies for business processes.
  • Facilitate clear communication between technical teams and end users to guarantee successful adoption of new systems or process changes.

What you bring:

To excel as a Business Analyst (Supply Chain Management), you will bring extensive experience from roles involving complex supply chain operations—ideally within large-scale manufacturing or Med Tech settings. Your background should reflect not only technical proficiency with enterprise resource planning systems like SAP S4HANA but also a track record of driving operational improvements using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.   • Proven expertise in planning processes supported by strong working knowledge of SAP S4HANA and Rapid Response systems.
  • Operational excellence credentials such as Lean or Six Sigma experience that showcase your commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Project management experience; formal accreditation is considered advantageous for this role.
  • Familiarity with the Med Tech industry is highly desirable as it provides valuable context for process optimisation initiatives.
