Contract Management Executive | 12 Months Contract

What You'll Do

As a Procurement Executive - Contract Management, you'll support end-to-end contract and procurement operations by:

• Managing contract execution from request to completion
• Initiating and tracking contracts via Adobe eSign
• Reviewing, uploading, and publishing contracts in Coupa
• Supporting contract renewals, amendments, and updates
• Assisting with PR, PO, and vendor management activities
• Maintaining trackers and ensuring accurate documentation
• Coordinating with Procurement, Legal, Finance, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and process efficiency

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Contract Management, or related field
• 1 to 3 years' experience in contract administration or procurement operations
• Hands-on experience with Coupa, Adobe Sign/eSign, or similar ERP systems
• Knowledge of PR, PO, vendor management, and procurement processes
• Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
