Senior Order Management Specialist (Japanese Speaker) Location: Selangor A leading multinational organisation in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Senior Order Management Specialist (Japanese Speaker) to join their collaborative and supportive team. This role offers you the opportunity to play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, acting as the primary interface for customer accounts and supporting business continuity.

What you'll do:

• Create, maintain, and process sales orders in SAP with meticulous attention to accuracy, including order creation, changes, and completion.
• Monitor order status, delivery progress, and invoice status while proactively following up with planners, logistics teams, and supply units to ensure timely fulfilment according to key performance indicators.
• Communicate delivery updates, order changes, and exceptions clearly and promptly to customers and internal stakeholders to foster trust and transparency.
• Handle returns, credit notes, debit notes, and other exceptional order scenarios in accordance with established procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Act as the primary contact for customer enquiries, requests, and service-related issues by providing solution-oriented communication that supports long-term relationships.
• Coordinate closely with Sales teams to align on customer priorities and service expectations for enhanced satisfaction.
• Prepare and verify order-related and shipping documentation accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with internal policies, trade regulations, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate master data and transactional data within SAP systems to support reliable operations.
• Register and manage customer complaints in the system by coordinating with Quality, Logistics, Sales, Finance teams for effective resolution.
• Support assigned Order-to-Cash or customer service processes as a process contributor or key user by participating in service improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent experience is required for this position.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics or related operational roles is essential for success.
• Hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash processes in a B2B environment demonstrates your practical understanding of operational workflows.
• Solid SAP system knowledge combined with strong PC skills enables you to manage daily operations efficiently.
• Fluency in Japanese is mandatory for engaging Japanese-speaking customers professionally.
