A leading global retail organisation is seeking a Regional Demand and Supply Planning Manager to join their team in Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll do:

As a Regional Demand and Supply Planning Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating the flow of products from warehouses to stores across multiple markets.

• Manage demand and supply planning activities across multiple markets to support product availability and inventory optimisation.
• Collaborate closely with commercial, operations, and planning stakeholders to align business objectives and execution plans.
• Monitor inventory performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions where required.
• Analyse sales, inventory, and supply data to generate insights that support planning and commercial decisions.
• Support forecasting, replenishment, allocation, and inventory management processes to improve overall business performance.
• Participate in stock optimisation initiatives, promotional planning, and inventory reduction strategies where appropriate.

What you bring:

To excel as a Regional Demand and Supply Planning Manager, your proven track record in supply chain management within retail or FMCG environments will be invaluable.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Logistics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 6–8 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management or related functions.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, inventory management, replenishment, and planning principles.
• Proven analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into meaningful business recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with reporting or business intelligence tools is advantageous.
• Experience working in a regional or multi-market environment is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Experience within consumer goods, retail, distribution, manufacturing, or related industries will be advantageous.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
