What you'll do:

As Sales Force Effectiveness Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sales force development within a dynamic organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve designing innovative competency-building programmes tailored for both internal employees and distributor partners. You will deliver engaging training sessions as a Master Trainer, ensuring that best practices are consistently applied throughout the sales teams. By conducting field coaching and OJT sessions, you will provide personalised feedback that drives individual growth. Your expertise in leveraging analytical tools will enable you to monitor key performance indicators effectively, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate closely with regional managers to implement corrective actions. You will also oversee recruitment processes to strengthen talent pipelines while developing incentive schemes that recognise outstanding contributions. Through your efforts in governing sales execution processes and embedding continuous improvement initiatives, you will help create an inclusive environment where every team member can thrive.

  • Design and implement competency-building programmes for Sales Employees and Distributor Sales Force, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and strategies.
  • Develop and manage the selection process for training courses that support business growth and enhance organisational capabilities.
  • Act as a Master Trainer by delivering guidance and training on best practices in professional selling skills through structured Sales Academy programmes.
  • Conduct field coaching and On Job Training (OJT) sessions to embed principles of professional selling skills, providing timely feedback to line managers on individual development needs.
  • Strengthen recruitment, training, and retention processes within the sales organisation to build a robust talent pool.
  • Leverage best practices from the wider group to enhance people, process, and policy capabilities across the entire sales force.
  • Govern overall sales execution processes for both company and distributor sales teams, ensuring compliance with organisational expectations through outlet execution and performance analysis.
  • Utilise advanced sales tools—including AI—to track execution, generate actionable insights, monitor progress against KPIs, and develop continuous improvement programmes with regional Sales Managers.
  • Establish impactful performance measures for the entire sales organisation focused on functional competencies frameworks and sales contribution.
  • Enhance the sales incentives programme to appropriately reward achievements across the sales organisation while fostering a high-performance management culture.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) alongside experience using CRM systems or BI dashboards for reporting purposes; ability to perform root-cause analysis based on data.
  • Experience designing performance management systems including incentive schemes; understanding functional competency frameworks relevant to sales organisations.
  • Project management skills demonstrated by successful rollout of training initiatives across multiple regions; coordination of cross-departmental projects.
