What you'll do:

As an Account Manager – Adhesive Solutions, you will immerse yourself in building meaningful connections with customers across Southern Malaysia. Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around understanding client needs at a granular level so you can offer bespoke adhesive recommendations that enhance their manufacturing processes. You will be instrumental in identifying untapped business opportunities while maintaining robust relationships with existing clients.   • Manage and nurture a diverse portfolio of existing customers throughout Johor and neighbouring areas by providing attentive service and expert guidance on adhesive solutions.

  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s manufacturing processes in order to recommend appropriate adhesive products that address specific operational challenges.

  • Coordinate product demonstrations, plant trials, and solution validation activities to ensure customers experience tangible benefits from recommended products.
  • Prepare detailed quotations, manage pricing discussions sensitively, and lead commercial negotiations while adhering strictly to company guidelines.
  • Monitor market trends, track customer activities, and analyse competitor movements within Johor and Southern Malaysia to inform strategic decision-making.
