What you'll do:

As Inside Sales Lead (B2C) based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of clear aligner sales across the region. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing strategic plans tailored to local markets, overseeing a multi-site sales team, and ensuring that every step of the customer journey from initial lead through consultation to treatment sign-up is optimised for conversion. You will be instrumental in recruiting top talent, nurturing their development through ongoing coaching sessions, setting clear targets at both individual and clinic levels, and monitoring performance rigorously.   • Own the regional revenue and case volume targets for clear aligner sales within the business-to-consumer segment by setting ambitious yet achievable goals.
  • Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with company objectives while adapting to local market dynamics.
  • Track and optimise the entire sales funnel from lead generation through consultation to treatment sign-up and final conversion, ensuring maximum efficiency at every stage.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a geographically dispersed sales team including both clinic-based staff and field sales personnel to guarantee coverage and productivity.
  • Set individual and clinic-level targets for all team members while conducting daily or weekly performance reviews to monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Establish a strong coaching cadence focused on enhancing sales pitch techniques, objection handling skills, and consultation-to-close abilities among your team.
  • Manage Area Sales Managers or Executives as needed to create a scalable structure that supports regional growth initiatives.
  • Partner with clinic doctors and owners to improve patient conversion rates by resolving friction points encountered during consultations or onboarding.
  • Monitor adherence to established sales processes including CRM hygiene and consultation standard operating procedures across all team members.
  • Provide regular weekly or monthly performance reports along with forecasts to senior leadership while conducting root-cause analysis on underperforming personnel to drive corrective action.

The ideal candidate for Inside Sales Lead (B2C) brings extensive experience in direct consumer sales environments particularly those involving consultation-led purchases such as healthcare or wellness services. Your background includes successfully managing large teams distributed across multiple locations while maintaining high standards of productivity through remote oversight. You possess deep familiarity with CRM platforms which enables you not only to track leads but also generate actionable insights from performance data.   • Working knowledge of CRM tools combined with basic proficiency in sales reporting analytics for tracking key performance indicators effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills enabling you to handle diverse stakeholders including clinic partners, doctors, internal teams as well as external customers.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region in order to support team members onsite or attend important meetings as required.
  • Experience recruiting new talent into sales roles followed by providing structured training programmes that promote skill development within an inclusive environment.
  • Ability to conduct root-cause analysis on underperforming personnel followed by implementing corrective actions that drive measurable improvements.
